Written educational summary and/or recommendations when appropriate

Focused follow-up support, education, and continued collaborative review
Scheduled on an as-needed basis after initial consultation

Services are currently available only to individuals located in Pennsylvania.
This is a direct care service and I am not able to accept or bill insurance at this time.
